Paper sculpture

This work is about shape and space, influenced by the three dimensional outlines created during dance movement. I wanted to create an enclosed environment displaying directions in all planes, evoking the idea of a kinesphere surrounding the dancer.  The triangle is an abstraction of a figure, transforming its shape from one form to another.
